Failure code B-0010 when trying to access Marketplace from home menu. Have contacted Minecraft Support but to no avail. Have not attempted deinstallation and a reinstall as this requires backing up worlds to a fee paying Nintendo server, which has had limited success within the community.
Have requested a refund of credit (Minecoins) and a refund for all other purchases which have not been accessible for the last 3 months, only to have been met with Automated replies from Minecraft Support asking to contact Nintendo Support. Nintendo request contacting Minecraft Support.
