Ever since 1.20.40, Iron Farms have stopped working on Bedrock Edition. I've tried in both newly created worlds and worlds created before 1.20.40. None of them work as before. The screenshots provided are from a world I created in May 2023. That iron has worked from then until 1.20.40.

In general, there are many reasons why golems might not spawn. The most common is that the villagers are not able to reach the workstations they are actually linked to. You might visit Community Support (linked below) for help in figuring that out.
