Every time I load up Minecraft, the loading bar gets stuck at 40% and all the sound on my pc stops working. Minecraft only continues to load when I use Microsoft's sound troubleshooting to fix the sound issue.

Hello I have Windows 10 Running bedrock 1.20.72
Game when starting gets to 40% and stops for about 45 seconds and just sits there.
Eventually the game opens and there is no more problems.
I don't experience the audio bugs.
When I look at my PC resources it says that nothing is doing work during that time. The cpu, gpu, ram and VRAM are all low usage and the disk is at 2% use so nothing is overworking.
I can provide any more information that is needed.
