When opening the Marketplace, an error message D-0010 appears. When opening the dressroom, the skins don't even appear, making customization impossible. This has been happening for a couple of versions.
I wasn't even going to write anything here, but a Mojang employee suggested doing so in response to my email sent to the Minecraft Help Center
