I discovered this bug while playing normal survival (Without activating cheats), I already used the shield in my second hand but it didn't appear, and I don't know the exact reason why this bug occurs (The bug occurs suddenly due to moving the camera or something), but I know that this bug is permanent until the game is updated. Please fix this very annoying bug.
