Waterlogged copper grates can flood the area, despite like Java Edition does not have a flooding when have a waterlogging.

Steps to reproduce 

  1. Remove existing the ground of surface

  2. Place any specific copper grates and waxed copper grates

  3. Take water bucket and then fill to copper grates & waxed copper grates

Observed result

❌ The waterlogged copper grates can be flooding the area.

Expected behavior

Waterlogged copper grates can supposed to be flooding the area just like Java Edition.

Could it be possible to make it so water flows through Copper Grates? And I don't just mean waterlogging them, make it so they let liquids like water and lava straight up pass through them. That'd be a neat feature.
