Did not receive the Minecraft 2023 vote Cape

I did not receive the cape as the summary mentions it and I have not seen that many rollouts lately, so I'm very unaware of when these last rollouts are going to be, as I also cannot find any information about it online. The day of the voting I initially had trouble, as, probably due to my internet connection, as I live in a third world country, but then I was finally able to vote for the armadillo. It's been a quite long time and I have not received it. IGN is the same as the Username... I couldn't find where to exactly report this issue. Apologies for not doing it in the appropriate place.
