Block breaking vibration uses wrong type of haptics on some phones.

Newer phones have different haptics modes, like sharp vibration haptics for touch feedback and games, and "buzz" vibration for notification. Minecraft on Android uses the wrong type haptics on some phones, but the correct one on some others. Device tested:

-Breaking blocks produces "buzz" vibration on: Google Pixel 6 Pro (Android 14), Samsung S20+5G (Android 13), Google Pixel 3 (Android 12). It's possible that this issue extends to a large range of Samsung, Google, and other manufactures' devices as well

-Breaking blocks produces correct sharp vibration on: Oneplus 7 Pro, Android 12

The incorrect type of haptics feedback degrades the Minecraft playing experience, especially in Creative mode.
