[MCPE-177351] Item loss + food dupe when eating while taking damage and switching weapons

in the nether, i was eating while on fire, and quickly switched to my OP sword while taking damage just when the eating animation ended.

my food ended up being duped in the slot where my sword was, and thus, my sword was no more.

this happened in a newly updated realm

i have not been succesful in reproducing this on purpose. all i can say is: this happens when on fire, taking fire damage + mob damage at around the same time WHILE eating and switching to another item.

I had a similar issue today. Version 1.20.50 on PC. Playing on a realm. Was hit by a mob while eating. I attempted to switch to my sword, and the food I was eating duplicated into that item slot and replaced my sword.

Hello, i reproduced this bug. It does't require taking damage, you just need to catch timing when food is about to be eaten and then switch to another slot
