[MCPE-177379] Consumable duplication

Consumable duplication glitch/bug. When you eat then suddenly switch to other item, then it will turn into same consumable you're holding before.

Ex: You're eating E. Golden Apple(64pcs) then you switch to your sword and left click if you're using PC then your sword now is gone and you have another 64 of EGaps.

Eat > Change Sudden > Left click
