Scrolling in Settings menu doesn't work

When I try to scroll down in Settings to access settings such as Storage, Language, etc., it won't scroll down.

Is Text To Speech for UI enabled?

You can find this setting in Settings > Accessibility.

@Hangekisobu It was. I just turned it back off and scrolling works again. Tkx! 🙂
