[MCPE-177416] Items get deleted, cloned by something else.

I recently found a Trail Ruins, and was minding my own business digging dirt and gravel, using the brush tool. When I was going to use my shovel, I mined with it and quickly went back to the brush, but then I notice the brush was cloned with the exact same durability as my old one. My shovel was deleted, nowhere to be found. I can't really show a video or image, since it's... too late. I don't wanna risk doing this to another one of my tools.
