after the 1.20.4 update i cant get into my realm. It's been several days now and i cant find any solutions online. i genuinely don't know what to do or how to fix it. it doesn't even take me to the loading screen, i click join realm and it brings me right back to the other screen. it's working for all of my other friends who are on PC, nintendo switch and Xbox but it won't work for my Ps4 or my boyfriends ps5. Helpppp
