[MCPE-177499] Inventory item replaced

I was in a normal survival realm, and I noticed one of my items disappeared from my inventory and it was replaced with a copy of a different item in my inventory (my sword was replaced with 59 cooked beef, and my pickaxe was replaced with 46 cooked beef), those 2 happened at separate occasions and I don’t know what I was doing exactly when it occurred.
