[MCPE-177515] Switching a Brush with an item too fast will duplicate Brush with the item, and the item will disappear.

After I was done using the Brush on a Suspicious Gravel, and then swapped the item instantly to one of my Netherite item, it suddenly got replaced by the same Brush I was using a second ago.

Could this be fixed? So other players don't have to face a disappointing situation like me?
