[MCPE-177540] Brush on brushing a block while switching to another item causes the item taken place of

While brushing a block with a brush being used in your hand, if you switch to another item and right click in a hurry, the item will be replaced by the brush (yes, the brush is duplicated and replaces the slot of that item).

This has been happening since the 1.20.60.xx previews, but hasn't got fixed in the stable release.
