I'm not the first to notice that things disappear from the construction set, I collected New Year's items for 2 years, of these 2 years, 2 items disappeared: a dog's tail and now I noticed the disappearance of a rainbow scarf, how or what is this justified?

I've also noticed this, the rainbow scarf that I had equipped disappeared from my character in November/December 2023 and can no longer be found in the store.
Would love to know how to get it back.
