I'm missing both right and left eye patches, work boots and both hand and leg prosthetic I don't remember the exact name, I don't know if I'm missing anything else but this 4 cosmetics are vital parts for my character, before the eye patches were missing in my cosmetics menú but not in my character, as long as I didn't wore anything else on their place it wouldn't get removed, but now they are 100% gone, and not only that, all other 3 too! I really like those items, they were 4 of the first free cosmetics Minecraft had and is such a bummer for me to not have them anymore, I claimed them before, I should have them forever, please Mojang fix this, I would appreciate it a lot, my character won't look the same as it was if this isn't resolved😞
PS: In the screenshot with the straw hat my character has the left eye patch, is a bit hard to see but it is visible, I'll see if I can find another one with a more clear view
I have an update, I managed to recover the missing items by reclaiming them in the list of cosmetics, but this may be still a problem for payed cosmetics or ones that were free for limited time, I can't tell if I'm missing any because I just collect them but I don't use them very often, I use the same cosmetics all the time, hopefully this isn't happening, but is strange that this items were removed from my account when I claimed them a long time ago, keep an eye on this Mojang, I guess I can say this problem is resolved, at least for now.
