I have the same problem too, though what was strange is that the shirt wasn't given until two days after, but now is just the cap, I'm worried I won't get it before the event ends.

I have an update, I managed to recover the missing items by reclaiming them in the list of cosmetics, but this may be still a problem for payed cosmetics or ones that were free for limited time, I can't tell if I'm missing any because I just collect them but I don't use them very often, I use the same cosmetics all the time, hopefully this isn't happening, but is strange that this items were removed from my account when I claimed them a long time ago, keep an eye on this Mojang, I guess I can say this problem is resolved, at least for now.

Now the problem got worse, when I updated to the version 1.20.40.01 (according to the playstore) I can't even open the game now, the Mojang intro screen loads, the screen goes black and then it crashes in both online and offline, I do not know the cause.

It seems that atp and I have the same problem, I managed to replicate the bug of the world data saving but not the player, I managed to duplicate some blocks by accident, I was building a library and put all the blocks for the roof, finishing it, but instead of the game crashing I tabed out to choose a new video to listen, I like to listen to videos while I play, mostly the narrative kind, but doing this is not related to the problem here I'm sure of it, I been doing it way before the problem began, and before, getting out of the Minecraft application never was a problem, but this time it crashed, it was the first time I did this with this glitch going on, so I got back to my world, the roof of the library I built was done just as I did before, but the items I used to build were back in my inventory, they duplicated, so I realized this could be dangerous if I found diamonds or an enchanted book that I wanted and the game crashed when I got out of the game, and indeed some times the game crashed when doing that, then i would lose that item and go back to an older player data were I don't have those items, so i stopped tabing out of the game so that doest happen.

But something I have noticed is that when I'm offline (with no Internet) the game didn't crashed at all, so maybe the problem is related to a network thing.
