Eerie Mojang Party - the first daily challenge does not give reward (Mojang Office Cap)

This happened to me too. I have multiple accounts. The first account entered the server on the first day of the event, and the other accounts entered the server for the first time on the fifth day of the event. The accounts that entered the server on the fifth day all have the same characteristics. Although they have not received any money, the challenge tasks on the third day have been automatically completed. Except for the first account that got everything, the others account only got cape and tops, but the hats didn't appear.
This is my situation, I don’t know if you are the same as me.

Chiming in that this is affecting me too, along with a number of others over in this reddit thread.

Similar to others, the Shirt and Cape were correctly awarded while completing the activities, but not the Cap. All 5 activities show as completed in the event journal. Exiting and reloading the game client doesn't fix it. Logging out and relogging doesn't fix it. The Mojang Office cap does not show up under headware, nor does it show up under all appearances created by Minecraft. And I can't re-trigger the activities to try and re-earn the achievement.

I also have this problem, he didn't give me the cap, despite having the other rewards.

I am also having this issue I got the shirt and caps but not the hat I've restarted at least 6 times now and even went through every dressing room category and nothing

I have also failed to receive the hat, I have fully completed the sticker book, and I have done all of the daily challenges

I have received the Cape, and the Shirt, but No Hat

Same issue here. I completed all 5 tasks, got the cape got the shirt, but I would very much like to have the hat.

My initial login already had several daily challenges and stickers completed. It seems my hat and shirt rewards are reversed, and never received the hat

I’m having the same issue too! Which in order to get the Mojang Office Cap, I have to Complete one Daily Challenge, which I did, and still didn’t get it. However, has anyone found a solution to this Problem, yet.

I have the same problem too, though what was strange is that the shirt wasn't given until two days after, but now is just the cap, I'm worried I won't get it before the event ends.

I think that when you started on the first day, you would've got the cap. But if you joined day 5 or after (like me) you won't get the reward. I'm not so sure about days 2-4. P.S. Mojang can you please send us the item or try to let us get it. It would make me happy.

It's a shame Mojang didn't bother to fix this before the event ended, hopefully they have a list of all the users that completed all of the steps so that they can retroactively award the hat to players when they get around to it

So no one was looking into this issue when the event was ongoing, and as soon as the event ended they don't have to do anything about it either? How convenient!

How interesting, I created this issue on the third day of the event, as soon as I encountered it, for the staff to fix it. Due to the bug, I did not get this hat, and with each passing day, more and more people started to encounter it too. And now "Cannot Reproduce". This is a disgrace. Where were the relevant staff all this time? So what now? What do we do now to get this hat? 

I'm genuinely so upset that Mojang didn't bother with this issue. I believe it had something to do with other people having done the Steve and Rollercoaster tasks before the player entered the lobby, counting the tasks as complete in the sticker book, but not for the hat requirement. It's probably a simple logic error that could have been fixed if looked into it, but now I just don't have a silly hat that I earned because "this issue is obsolete or no longer reproducible". . . nonsense.

Almost 2 weeks later and still don't have the hat in my inventory, hopefully everyone was just on holiday break and we will get this fixed at some point

1 month later and I think it is safe to say Mojang is never going to bother fixing this issue and hand out the hat to those affected by this
