Almost 4 months later and I still do not have the hat though I completed all the quests during the event and have the shirt and cape. Is this ever going to get fixed or have we been ignored?

[media][media][media]1 month later and I think it is safe to say Mojang is never going to bother fixing this issue and hand out the hat to those affected by this
Almost 2 weeks later and still don't have the hat in my inventory, hopefully everyone was just on holiday break and we will get this fixed at some point
It's a shame Mojang didn't bother to fix this before the event ended, hopefully they have a list of all the users that completed all of the steps so that they can retroactively award the hat to players when they get around to it
I have also failed to receive the hat, I have fully completed the sticker book, and I have done all of the daily challenges
I have received the Cape, and the Shirt, but No Hat

It’s been another 2 months since the last comment with nothing being done.
Can we get an update on this or is it just a “Oops, sorry about your luck, get over it” at this point?
