This happened to me too. Fortunately, the items dropped by the cheater were a development hat and lab coat, which allowed me to drop the items, although some of the items reappeared in the inventory after re-entering the server.
Can be confirmed in preview 1.21.60.24.
To fix wither in one place, you can use command tp, such as:/tp @e[type=wither,c=1] 0 ~2 0 and then move it more than 50 blocks away on an axis
This happened to me too. I have multiple accounts. The first account entered the server on the first day of the event, and the other accounts entered the server for the first time on the fifth day of the event. The accounts that entered the server on the fifth day all have the same characteristics. Although they have not received any money, the challenge tasks on the third day have been automatically completed. Except for the first account that got everything, the others account only got cape and tops, but the hats didn't appear.
This is my situation, I don’t know if you are the same as me.
I'm really curious why Mojang decided to split 'Creaking' into two different entities. I originally thought the difference between naturally generated and command-generated Creaking was just in their NBT data (e.g., "creaking_heart_pos": [10, 100, 10]), similar to Vex. The only reason I can think of is that there are technical issues I don't understand.

I originally wanted to find the new room "Encounters", but I searched many Trial Chambers and couldn't find it.
I only found this strange trap.
You try changing it to 1.19.50 or above
Is the "min_engine_version" of your Behavior Packs manifest.json set to 1.19.50 or above?
This lag is special. Even if I adjust the field of view distance to 5 chunk (which is very easy for my computer to load), the game will still freeze often.
I can still confirm on switch 1.21.2&1.21.20&1.21.21&1.21.22
According to my observation, when entering your own world, the username is mostly Xbox ID, but when entering a friend's world, it is more often Nintendo username.
I seem to have found the cause of the problem, which is caused by the "Screen Animations" option being turned off. As long as the option is turned on, the problem can be temporarily solved.
[media]This issue is mentioned in the minecraft wiki, so it doesn't make much sense to make it private.
Does MCPE-182630 describe your problem?
This seems to be the expected function
You can refer to the minecraft wiki
It seems that the problem has returned in the preview version?
I also found that the preview version of the dressing room cannot be synchronized with the official version of the dressing room. I am not sure whether it is caused by this error or there are other errors.
Okay, since Mod is marked relates to, I'll vote on this ticket
I once reported a similar problem and it was solved with Works As Intended:MCPE-166011
There is no consistent way to reproduce this bug. Sometimes when I re-enter the world, the name becomes the Xbox ID. Sometimes when I change the skin in the main menu, the name changes to the Nintendo username. But sometimes neither of these methods work.
Before this bug occurred, the ID would always use the Nintendo username (unless you entered a Realm or server), not sometimes the Xbox ID and sometimes the Nintendo username.
I would like to always use the Nintendo username because Switch friends might not know Nintendo friends' Xbox ID, but Xbox friends can find out your Xbox ID by clicking on the user profile on the pause screen.
I have had situations where familiar friends entered the world with their Xbox ID, and I couldn't recognize who they were (later identifying them through the chat).
Can be confirmed in preview 1.21.80.21
