I will repopulate my bees and after a few days of Minecraft time I come back and a lot of them have disappeared. I have some of them name tagged and some not but it don't matter both will randomly disappear.

Are they going inside their nests or hives? Do they have nests or hives?
If not, could MCPE-143979 explain your issue?
They disappear after they go inside the nest and I go to sleep at night. I wake up the next day and watch them come out and only 4 of my 6 nest will have bees come out. I have 3 natural nest and 3 crafted nests.

Are all of your nests facing the same direction? Could you provide a video of the bees going in and not coming out?
It looks like you have too many bees and not enough hives? Only 3 bees can fit in 1 hive. Make more hives and see if they go in?

No the problem is in the video I harvest the honey at night and the bees in the hive come out fly all over the place, not go back into the hive that they just came out of. Wouldn't the hive they flew out be empty,so why don't the just path find back to that one.
