Issues with downloading Warden Dimensions in Minecraft Marketplace on the Nintendo Switch

My son has been trying to download the Warden Dimensions in Minecraft Marketplace on the Nintendo Switch. It starts to download on Step 1 and gets to the end and freezes and won’t continue to Step 2. We have tried downloading it multiple time and that hasn’t helped. He has enough storage. We tried shutting down the console and removing the MicroSD card and turning the console back on and that didn’t work. We’ve looked on YouTube, contacted Nintendo, spoke with other gamers and nothing has worked. Our internet is just fine. He’s tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but nothing. I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
