My friend is playing on ps5 on our realm, and has twice had an issue now where he entered a nether portal and the game has seemed to not load and so he has had to quit the game and reload. When loading back in, it will load him back in the realm he was trying to travel to (it has happened travelling both to and from the nether), but it loads him at the exact coordinates of the portal in other realm, and that means he has spawned inside blocks and suffocated.
