[MCPE-178090] Can't Place Hanging Signs on the Ground

I tried placing hanging signs on the ground and it didn't work. I used dark oak as an example.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

Unlike normal Signs, they cannot be placed directly on the ground without support from the side or above.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
