[MCPE-178112] Character Skin created in dressing room doesn't display

I created a character skin in the dressing room but it won't display in single player or on a realm.

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable them?

I am not sure. I will double check when I get off work here in a couple hours. I did notice the other night I was playing with settings and stuff trying to get it to show, it does work on a brand new created world.

I do have resource packs enabled. I disabled them one by one and found the culprit. Thank you !
