When crouched next to a climbable block and breaking the block under yourself, you can't move until un-crouching or jumping

When crouching on top of the top half of a slab and standing next to a vine, after breaking the slab the player will be stuck in place horizontally (can’t move forward, backward, left, or right) until they un-crouch or jump (causing them to climb the vine).

This seems can confirm, I also affects with Android

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a tower setup (Any blocks to place at 10 blocks

  2. Place Vines in front of block tower except the bottom

  3. Place 1 slab to top of empty space in bottom of tower

  4. Start crouching and move to top of slab and close to vines nearby

  5. Break the slab

Observed Result

The player cannot move horizontally until standing/jumping.

Expected behavior

Player can be able to move while crouching in empty air after breaking the slab.
