I have Poggy's Luminous Dreams enabled, and when I am in the nether it does a lot of glitchy stuff.

I cannot reproduce this in 1.20.80.20 using that pack. Could you confirm whether this is still an issue in the latest preview?
Does this only occur when using that specific pack, or does it also happen when using any other PBR packs? This might be a hardware issue, so please make sure that your graphics drivers and system are up-to-date.
