Switch port of Minecraft has become unbearably slow over the past few months. My family and I currently play on a world that we've had for a few years - We are currently saved at a base that we build around a Woodland Mansion. We have greatly reduced / limited the amount of mobs around the base, and we play with greatly reduced graphics settings. That being said, the performance of the game has dropped significantly over the past few months, to the point of becoming occasionally borderline unplayable.
We have tried playing in both Local Multiplayer and Online modes - Local is typically more playable, but even this is inconsistent.
Please help - My family and I greatly enjoy playing Minecraft together, but the degraded performance of the Switch port has been frustrating and saddening. The Marketplace is INCREDIBLY laggy during EVERY playthrough.
Thank you for the assistance.
