[MCPE-178532] Tuff bricks, copper grates and copper bulbs are too loud

When stepping, breaking or placing copper grates, copper bulbs or tuff bricks, their sounds are way too loud compared to other blocks.
Steps to reproduce:
Place and break tuff bricks, copper grates and copper bulbs
Expected results:
Their volume should be lower
