I don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but it would appear that there are areas (maybe biome related) where rain stops falling and the sky appears clear, but the rain is still in affect. This isn't terrible in normal rain, but during a storm, this can be detrimental, as you don't realise there is a storm until you hear the thunder, or you find yourself surrounded by hostile mobs, and it's usually the latter. I can usually fight my way out, but this 'feature' has cost me a village, as a small village I was trying to build up lost all but one member to a zombie horde. Could we please either have rain everywhere when it does rain, or no rain/storm = no rain/storm affect.
