Are you still able to reproduce this in the latest preview? I was unable to reproduce this on Windows using the exact coordinates. This might be world or platform-specific.
Did this only occur in that specific world, or could it be observed in any newly created world?
I did a little digging and apparently It happens after a player dies and respawns,
