Can't undo/redo typing in text fields

The keyboard shortcut (Control-Z/Control-Shift-Z) to undo and redo text doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Type some text in any field
2. Undo (Control-Z)
3. Nothing happens

Observed result:
Nothing happens when Control-Z/Shift-Z is pressed

Expected result:
The text should be undone/redone

Notes:
• Control-Z/Control-Shift-Z works in any text field outside of Minecraft
• Control-Z/Control-Shift-Z works on many platforms except Windows
