Using /kill on wind charge still plays the hitting animation

When using /kill on a wind charge, the hitting animation plays, regardless of if it has hit something or not.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Throw a wind charge

  2. Do /kill @e[type=wind_charge_projectile]
    -> The wind hitting animation plays.
