Steps to reproduce:

1. Take Wall, Button, Mob Skull and Heavy Core.

2. Throw away the taken items.

3. Look how they spin.

Observed results:
Items rotate with the center on the side of the item.

Expected results:
Items rotate around the center of the item.

How to Reproduce:
Take any wall from creative and drop them on the ground and then take anything else and drop it next to them.
Notice how they spin weirdly compared to other items.
IMPORTANT: this applies to all types of heads aswell
