while standing on the roof of a woodland mansion, zombies spawn with mo legs, but just with these: head, torso, arms, feet(armour slot).

However, this issue is Invalid.
The map in the hotbar shown in the screenshot is not a vanilla item. This means that either you are playing on a custom server, or you are using an addon. We can only accept bug reports for issues that occur in vanilla Minecraft.
