Loaded into the world and discovered it as the blank seed, the files in the DB file were:
000003.log (was empty when opened)

CURRENT
was using structure blocks before the occured

Do copy and paste with structure block
leave world and minecraft
closed of pc
opened minecraft and DB was corrupt
observed results:
db file being corrupted

I cannot reproduce this in either the latest preview or 1.20.62.
Could you try seeing if it occurs again with a new copy of the same world? Maybe you should disable the accompanying resource pack, as that could be affecting your game save.
If you are still able to reproduce this, please attach a video or expand on your reproduction steps to make it very clear how to reproduce this. A video would probably be the best in this scenario, though. This may be an issue limited to your device, whether that be a compatibility issue or faulty hardware. Make sure your system is up-to-date.
