Cannot split stack of item in the inventory by dragging them with touch UI.

A bug has appeared, and it is impossible to separate objects by moving.
Steps to reproduce

1. Enter the world

2. Take an item stack in your inventory

3. Click on the object, and move the object with your fingers in 3 cells.

Expected results
The item will be divided equally into 3 cells.

Observed results
The item is not divided into 3 cells.
