In Java Edition You Can Dye Wolf Armor By Crafting Table, But In Bedrock Edtion You Can't Do This.
NOTE: Tested On Vanilla Minecraft Without Any Addons And Resource Packs.

Not a bug, because of same as the leather armors to dye into cauldrons naturally different of parity

The general dying mechanics are different between Bedrock and Java, so dying Wolf Armor works the same as for Leather Armor.
