When putting an ender dragon spawn egg in a monster/trail spawner, a massive to scale ender_dragon appears outside the spawner with no ai,
I also discovered that upon breaking the spawner In question, the dragon disappears. If you place two drahon spawners, and break one, there is a permanent non ai ender dragon. This is in the latest beta however.
