I don't know if this is a recent bug or something but for some reason, conduits are not working anymore when raining. This started a few months ago but I did not give it importance, in my mind I felt like "Yeah, this will be fixed soon" but it still not working and it's a bit annoying that I cannot use the effects unless I go under water.
I have tried to break it and build it again but it doesn't seem to be working.
