Ender pearls cant land on wind charges mid air

Steps to reproduce : 

1. Throw an ender pearl first

2. Then throw the wind charge in the air 

Intended behavior 

The ender pearl hits the thrown wind charge, teleporting the player into the air, as in MC-268407

which was recently resolved as 'works as intended'.

Actual behavior 

Ender pearl travels straight through the thrown wind charge
