Tamed horses de-spawning in 0.16.1

Tamed Horses are de-spawning in my world! I have lost 2 named horses in my world today, including a skeleton horse. They were tied to a fence post and leave behind the lead on the fence (check image for better understanding). The skeleton horse disappeared right in front of me as well (5 blocks away) so going far away is definitely not the issue. I also could not ride the skeleton horse just before before it de-spawned and the saddle was gone also. I didn't see the first horse de-spawn. Is it my device, or is it that they were tamed in 0.15.0 versions? Please fix this Mojang, because skeleton horses are hard to come by, and it was also my first horse 😞
