[MCPE-179762] All Coral Blocks and Dead Coral Blocks cannot be placed on the sides or bottom of any other block

You are now unable to place any type of coral Block down except for directly on top of another block. Bug was first spotted on PS4 on 1.20.60 and remains on the current hotfix version. Can be easily reproduced by attempting to place any colour coral block on the sides of any other block
