Coral Blocks will not place unless there is a block under it

When placing coral blocks (both survival and creative) you cannot place a coral block on the side of any block. Coral blocks can only be placed on the top of other blocks.

cannot place coral under any other block, cannot place coral on the side of any block.

Confirmed. You can only stack coral on top of another block. Now I have coral henge.

Coral blocks are able to be placed on some partial blocks, such as a top slab, or a closed top trapdoor. check video up top.

If you Fixed in next update 1.21.0

This is has been Confirmed in dev. Coral block will be placing wall and roof, I tried to make Aquarium decorated

Will be Fixed very soon

Coral block cannot place its very useless after 1.20.0.

Please fix the Coral block placement.

Step to reproduce:

  1. Search "coral" from inventory.

  2. Place the coral block wall and roof.

  3. Nothing happen.

Observed result:

❌ Coral block cannot place wall and roof.

Expected result:

Coral block can place wall and roof.
