Randomly and frequently, I get an in game notification banner telling me how to break blocks on my phone. I can get rid of it by breaking a block, but then it comes back. I’ve been playing for over a decade, I don’t understand why I am getting a tutorial-style notification covering my screen

Has this affected any other tutorial hints, or just this specific one? Do you receive any other hints, or are you stuck and unable to progress? Does this occur in every world?
