steps to trigger
1. place a boat
2. get a enderman inside the boat
3.agro the enderman before it teleports
4. the enderman should now be desynced
what should happen
1.when agro the enderman should not desync and stay in the boat and should not be able to teleport to flee like in java edition enderman can not teleport outside of boats
