Various items randomly disappear, especially straight after crafting.
I've had a Shulker Box full of my precious, precious maps just blink out of existence, several chests and pieces of paper also vanished after crafting and made me question reality.
I can't show a video as it happens randomly, and is not replicable.
Steps:
1. Prepare correct materials and open the crafting interface on the crafting table.
2. Select crafting recipe and craft via quick-craft shortcut.
Result: Item appears and then disappears when I close and re-open my inventory. Items broken or dropped, such as shulkers and leashes, vanish also.

There's been a slight issue with frozen screens too; the cursor moves in the opposite direction its supposed to, and I have to exit and reload to get it going again. I've removed this from my original report after I read the rules. My apologies!
