This is a bug that I've been having for quite a while. I remember having this since 1.19, but and I thought it was fixed. Now I'm having it again in 1.20.71 & 1.20.72. Basically, if I open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows 11 from the Taskbar, it would load and sometimes not play any sound even if my Master volume is high and my PC volume is 100%. It would be completely silent. I don't know the cause of this bug. It used to be that if I was in a different window while Minecraft was loading, so I would have to keep clicking in the Minecraft window to make sure that I was in the window. But now in 1.20.72, even if I'm in the Minecraft window, It was still silent. I don't know why this is. Can anyone help me with this?

Also could you please see your sound settings?
Do any other applications also start up like this?
Also, do you use some external interface or application that processes your sound?
Do you use specific system sound settings?
Please see Settings > System > Sound > All sound devices > Speakers, and then “Audio Enhancements"
Also, do you have any Windows sound enhancements turned on? (check speaker settings>system>sound>properties>advanced>signal enhancements)
